MelaninCon will feature a series of enlightening panel discussions on various topics relevant to the Black Business Market. Friday night will see the continuation of MelaninCon with "Culture and Cocktails," a wine-down event that combines connection, creation, cultivation, and the celebration of Black excellence. This mixer series is designed to foster community and honor Black culture, providing attendees with an opportunity to network with fellow industry leaders, engage in meaningful activities, and savor delightful cocktails. On Saturday morning, MelaninCon will continue its impactful events with a compassionate act of serving the community. Participants will gather at Union Station to feed the homeless, providing them with posh packages containing essential items and necessities to support them throughout the rest of the summer. This act of kindness aims to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.

As evening approaches on Saturday, the highly anticipated Black Excellence Gala will take center stage. Renowned as the premier soiree of the DMV, this gala is dedicated to uplifting and celebrating black excellence. The event will bring together a network of accomplished black professionals, showcasing local businesses, creatives, and professionals who are making waves in the Washington, DC area.
