WASHINGTON, DC – June 2, 2025 — On Friday, June 28, DC’s skyline gets a dose of timeless swag and unapologetic rhythm as Velvet Vice takes over the rooftop at The Perch SW (69 Q Street SW, 9th Floor, Washington, DC). It’s a rooftop celebration of Black joy — where elegance meets expression, and summer heat meets Harlem Renaissance cool.
Velvet Vice is more than a party — it’s a full-blown experience. Inspired by the energy of Idlewild and the flair of Sinners, the event fuses vintage soul with modern edge.
