Meet the Panelists
Arthur Bernier Jr.: Host of the popular podcast "Deeper Than Code", Arthur blends technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation to break barriers and empower underrepresented communities in the digital age.
Howard Jean: As CEO of BMA, Howard leads the charge in preparing BIPOC individuals and women for careers in tech, aiming to empower 1 million people in the next five years through workforce development and partnerships.
Dr. David Castain: A marketing maven and philanthropist, Dr. Castain’s expertise spans global marketing strategies, psychology, and cultural development. He’s dedicated to creating opportunities and inspiring at-risk youth worldwide.
Philomina Kane: Founder of KIN Apparel and a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, Philomina combines innovation with empowerment, helping entrepreneurs turn their passions into profitable ventures while championing Black creativity.

Charles Everett III brings his unique perspective as the panel moderator. A passionate advocate for Black-owned businesses, Charles uses storytelling to amplify brands in the liquor, wine, and beer industries.
